We use the information we collect only to run this site: to keep the pages fast, to understand which guides are actually read, and to answer email that readers send us. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

This policy can change if the way the site works changes — for example, if we add a newsletter or an on-page form. The most recent revision date is shown at the top of the page. Material changes are summarised at the top of this section for 30 days.

This site is for adults only. Online gambling in Australia is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please leave the site. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; if we learn we have, we delete it.

• Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — kept for 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics: aggregated page views and bounce rate via a privacy-friendly tool; no cross-site tracking.
• Email correspondence: if you write to us, your email address and the message content, kept until the thread is resolved.

The site is served over HTTPS. Internal admin access is protected by two-factor authentication. We do not store payment information at all — this site has no checkout, no account, and no stored card data.

The only third parties that process data on our behalf are our hosting provider (serving the pages) and our email provider (relaying your messages to the editorial inbox). Outbound links to the operator take you to a separate website with its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
